Meet Chef Serbando Crabo
With over 35 years of experience as a sushi chef, Chef Serbando Crabo has dedicated his life to the art of Japanese cuisine. Trained under Japanese master chefs, he developed traditional techniques, precision, and a deep respect for authentic sushi craftsmanship throughout his culinary journey.
Over the years, Chef Serbando has worked in a variety of restaurants and kitchens, continuously refining his skills and expanding his creativity in Japanese and Asian cuisine. Since joining Thai Cuisine & Sushi Bar in 2023, he has brought passion, experience, and innovation to every dish he creates.
Chef Serbando believes that great food comes from the heart. Every plate is thoughtfully crafted with care, dedication, and love for cooking, allowing guests to experience not only exceptional flavors but also the passion behind each creation.
Chef Jett
Head Asian & American Chef
Junnajet “Jett” Hurapan is an award-winning houston Best chef with over 30 years of culinary experience specializing in Thai, Pan-Asian, and New American cuisine. Born in Bangkok and raised in New York City, Chef Jett trained and worked with some of the nation’s most acclaimed restaurant groups including BR Guest Hospitality and Starr Restaurant Group.
Today, Chef Jett serves as Corporate Chef for Thai Cuisine & Sushi Bar
and also Thai Cuisine & Ramen King, where he brings his creative vision, authentic flavors, and passion for high-quality ingredients to every dish.
