General Terms and Conditions of Use Thai Cuisine & Sushi Bar

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, making a reservation, placing an order, or visiting Thai Cuisine & Sushi Bar (the "Restaurant"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

 

2. About Us

Thai Cuisine & Sushi Bar is a restaurant located at Villagio Town Center, 22764 Westheimer Pkwy #600, Katy, TX 77450, USA. We operate a full-service dine-in restaurant offering authentic Thai cuisine and a premium sushi bar, along with private dining facilities, happy hour events, and live music entertainment.

 

3. Reservations & Bookings

3.1 Reservation Policy. Reservations may be made up to 28 days in advance. New availability opens daily at noon. The Restaurant reserves the right to hold a reserved table for a maximum of 15 minutes past the confirmed reservation time.

3.2 Cancellations. We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations of standard reservations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee.

3.3 Private Events. Private dining bookings in the Golden Room or Fuji Room require a deposit of $40 per person. Deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation is made at least 72 hours in advance. For the Wine & Food Pairing dinner, a deposit of $40 per person is required at the time of booking.

3.4 Large Parties. For parties of 8 or more guests, please contact us directly by phone at (281) 396-4904. A deposit may be required to confirm the reservation.

 

4. Ordering & Payment

4.1 Prices. All menu prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices displayed on our online ordering platform (order.toasttab.com) are current at the time of your order.

4.2 Gratuity. A suggested gratuity of 15%–20% is customary. Gratuity is always at the discretion of the guest. Automatic gratuity may be applied to parties of 8 or more.

4.3 Online Orders. Online orders placed through our ordering platform are subject to the terms of that platform. The Restaurant is not responsible for technical issues arising from third-party ordering systems.

4.4 Accepted Payment. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Checks are not accepted.

5. Dietary & Allergen Information

We are happy to accommodate dietary preferences including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free requests where possible. Our staff will do their best to prepare meals without egg or meat upon request. However, our kitchen handles a wide variety of ingredients including common allergens such as nuts, shellfish, gluten, eggs, soy, and dairy. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Guests with severe food allergies should inform their server prior to ordering and do so at their own risk.

 

6. Conduct & Right of Admission

The Restaurant reserves the right to refuse service to any guest whose conduct is disruptive, disrespectful, or offensive to staff or other guests. Guests are expected to treat all staff and fellow diners with courtesy and respect. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior will result in immediate removal from the premises.

 

7. Alcohol Service

Thai Cuisine & Sushi Bar serves alcoholic beverages including beer, wine, and sake. We comply with all applicable Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) regulations. Valid government-issued photo ID is required for all guests who appear under the age of 30. We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest who appears intoxicated or is unable to provide valid identification.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, photographs, graphics, logos, menu designs, and branding — is the property of Thai Cuisine & Sushi Bar and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Privacy Policy

9.1 Data Collection. When you make a reservation or contact us, we may collect personal information including your name, phone number, email address, and party size. This information is used solely to manage your reservation and communicate with you regarding your visit.

9.2 Data Use. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information may be shared with third-party reservation platforms (e.g., OpenTable, Wix Bookings) solely for the purpose of managing your reservation.

9.3 Cookies. Our website may use cookies to improve your browsing experience. By continuing to use our website, you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with this policy.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Thai Cuisine & Sushi Bar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. The Restaurant's total liability in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Harris County, Texas.

 

12. Changes to These Terms

Thai Cuisine & Sushi Bar reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
